New Car-Wizard Fleet
After months of careful planning, investment, and persistence, made more challenging by the ongoing effects of Covid and global supply shortages, we’re proud to finally unveil our new fleet of Transporter vans.

This wasn’t a rushed decision or a cosmetic refresh for the sake of it.
Our previous fleet had served us well for many years, but in our line of work, where we specialise in car body repairs, paint correction, and cosmetic refinishing, presentation and precision matter.
The vehicles we arrive in should reflect the same standards we apply to every repair we carry out.
As our business has grown, so have our expectations of ourselves.
The old fleet was beginning to show its age, and while the work we delivered remained consistently high, we felt it was the right time to invest in equipment and infrastructure that would allow us to push standards even further.
Alongside the new vans, we took the opportunity to evolve our branding.
The aim was a cleaner, more modern look that still retained the personality and character people associate with Car Wizard.
We wanted something professional but not sterile, distinctive without being loud, a design that felt confident, current, and instantly recognisable on the road.
However, the most important upgrades aren’t what you see from the outside.
Inside each van, we’ve made significant improvements to the equipment our technicians rely on every day.
We’ve upgraded compressors, airlines, and filtration systems across the fleet to help reduce the risk of contamination and maintain consistent paint quality on every job.
These may sound like small technical details, but in paint and bodywork, they make a real difference to the final finish.
One of the biggest advancements has been the addition of colour spectrometers to every van.

These scanners allow our technicians to analyse a vehicle’s paint on site and achieve an accurate colour match while working fully mobile.
This is a genuine step forward for mobile SMART repair.
Paint technology continues to evolve, and modern finishes, particularly metallics and pearls, are increasingly complex.
Being able to scan a vehicle directly, rather than relying solely on paint codes, helps us deliver a closer match and a more seamless result, even outside of a fixed workshop environment.
To our knowledge, this level of investment in colour-matching technology across an entire mobile fleet is unmatched within the UK SMART repair sector.
It’s not something we did for marketing purposes; it’s something we did because it improves consistency, reduces variables, and helps us deliver the factory-quality finishes our customers expect.
The finishing touches to the fleet were equally considered. We opted for steel rims finished in chrome, giving the vans a clean, professional, and distinctive appearance.
It’s a subtle detail, but one that reflects how we approach our work: taking pride in the small things because they add up to a better overall result.
That attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed.

We were delighted to be approached by National VWt magazine, who wanted to feature the new fleet in a dedicated publication.
Being recognised in this way was a proud moment for the team and a validation of the effort that went into the project.
Ultimately, this new fleet represents more than a fresh look. It’s a statement of intent.
It shows our commitment to continually reinvesting in our business, our technicians, and the tools they use, all with one goal in mind: to provide an even better service than we already do.
So if you spot one of our vans out on the road, you’re not just seeing a new design. You’re seeing the result of months of work focused on improving quality, consistency, and customer experience, and a clear sign that we’re serious about raising the bar in mobile car body repair.

After months of painstaking hard work due to the effects of COVID and supply shortages, we finally managed to roll out our exciting new fleet of Transporter vans.
The old fleet was starting to look tired, and in our line of work with advertising for car body repairs, attention to detail is everything.
We made some changes to our branding, designing a cleaner, more modern, yet quirky look and improved internal equipment.
we ugraded the compressor, airline and filters to help eliminate contamination from coming down the line.
We also added colour spectrometers to all vans.
The scanners will be a game changer for us, allowing us to scan vehicles for an accurate colour match while on the job, operating mobile.
To our knowledge, this is the only Smart Repair fleet in the UK that has gone to such lengths to provide such technology for its mobile technicians.
The fleet was finally finished with steel rims finished in chrome to give a perfect commercial and unique look, helping our vans stand out while on the road.
The meticulous attention to detail paid off when we were approached by National VWt magazine, wanting to run a publication of the new fleet.
Keep a lookout for the vans out on the road working their magic!
